Dear Diary,

On Lux Radio Theatre tonight Dorothy Lamour was in the play. After it was over the announcer said, “Dorothy Lamour will soon be seen in the Paramount picture, ‘Road To Zanzibar.’, in which she costars with Bing Crosby and Bob Hope.” I hope it will be soon because I’ve been waiting for it since last August.

Betty Lou was absent today. I think she has a cold. She had better be at school tomorrow because I think we dance in physical education and she is my partner.
